On January 21, the AKAP Foundation marked a significant milestone as they joyously celebrated the 10th anniversary of the “Be a Blessing Project” at Virlanie Foundation’s covered court. The event brought together dedicated volunteers from across the Philippines, united in their mission to spread happiness and make a positive impact.

The venue resonated with warmth and compassion as volunteers shared their time and resources, bringing not only groceries and food but also essential sanitation kits to the residents of Virlanie Foundation in Dasmariñas, Cavite, and the children of Mango House in Silang, Cavite. It was a day filled with laughter, joy, and an abundance of goodwill.

To add a touch of magic to the festivities, AKAP Foundation arranged for a talented magician to perform captivating tricks and a delightful puppet show. The audience, especially the children, were enchanted by the mesmerizing performances, understanding the stories conveyed by both the puppets and the volunteers.

As an extra treat, the children were presented with vibrant balloons, and the joyful atmosphere continued with a dance featuring the beloved Mascot Nestlé Chuckie. The collaboration with Arla and Nestlé further sweetened the occasion, as they generously provided goodies for everyone present.

In reflecting on the success of the Be a Blessing Project over the past decade, AKAP Foundation expresses heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated volunteers from all corners of the Philippines. Their unwavering commitment has been the driving force behind the project’s continued success. Additionally, the foundation extends its appreciation to its valuable partners, Virlanie Foundation and Mango House, for their ongoing selfless service to those in need.

The celebration was not merely a commemoration of time passed but a testament to the enduring spirit of kindness and generosity. AKAP Foundation looks forward to many more years of making a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate, supported by a community of compassionate volunteers and dedicated partners. Cheers to more exciting projects ahead!
