The Ang Katuparan ng Aking Pangarap Foundation, commonly known as the AKAP Foundation, was established in the Philippines in 2017 to improve the lives of children and elderly through providing school supplies, health care supplies, and other opportunities to these people.
Since then, AKAP Foundation expanded its scope of impact by working with individuals and other partners. All the programs executed by AKAP are grounded by compassion and love.
